Dharma

Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's noncompetitive. Here we enhance flexibility, strength, coordination, and concentration inviting calmness and relaxation to the fast paced world our children grow to know. Children's yoga classes begin with the basics of life, our breath! We then explore the nature of the world by learning postures that mimic the world's natural resources. Union, expression, and socialization will be fulfilled in this fun one hour class.

Family Yoga
